Information we collect
- Name, email address, and phone number (for sign-in)
- Role (worker / foreman / contractor)
- Agreements, attendance, and payment records
- Basic device and log data for diagnostics
How we use your data
We use your data to create accounts, verify OTPs, store agreements, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data for advertising.
Location sharing
Location sharing is optional and off by default. A worker can turn it on only for a job they were accepted for, after ticking a consent box. While it is on, only the contractor who hired them (and support staff resolving a dispute) can see the live location. Turning it off, or the job ending, deletes the stored location — we keep no location history and never collect location in the background.
Third-party services
- Firebase Authentication — sign-in and phone OTP.
- Cloud Firestore — secure storage of agreements and attendance.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
Phone number & OTP
Your phone number is used only to send OTPs that verify your identity. It is not shared for marketing.
Age requirement
This app is intended for users aged 18 and older.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. To delete your account and related data, please visit Account deletion request.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS), but no service is 100% secure.
